A flat price is provided and must be approved by you before any billable work begins. Final scope may be adjusted if the technician discovers a materially different issue once work is underway, in which case we'll explain the change and get your approval before proceeding further.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Standard appointments are scheduled by phone. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked visit, please call as far in advance as possible so we can offer that time to another customer.
Payment
